Well been thinking this for sometime now and i think it’s time to change my cub’s wheels into mags from rims and tubeless tire from interior tire. what do you think ill post the new pics after a few days and let us see if i can really come up with the resolution about changing the wheel set of my cub..
Anyways been reading about DOLE’s articles (Department of LABOR), coz one of my friend working in the same company as me, said to me his concerns, 12 days of work being trainee while the company said that it’s only for a 5 days (trainee) of work and he would know if he’s a regular or going to be kicked out from the company, but the company didn’t tell him if he become a regular or not, on those days after the 5 day evaluation he thought he became regular and just waiting for the contract to be signed, but 12 days still no words from the employer or company when suddenly the team leader announced that he’s still a trainee?? wtf… well he’s thinking of quitting because he felt like he’s just being used for a Php 300 a day pay work.. well what do you think guys is it that he’s just assuming or the company that we are working at had some faults? well another concern is that the overtime without pay.. the team leader says that if the employee didn’t reach the quota by the end of the regular working hours the trainee should stay up to 2 hours more without pay and the team leader says that it was ordered by the authority or management?? well according to the DOLE (been reading some articles in their site) that overtime should be payed.. and there are working hours rule which is 8hrs.. and beyond that should have overtime with pay??
well you’d be the judge.. and let me hear your opinions pass this up to your working friends, friends who own a business, and if you have family in the government that could help through our problems.. well im going to check on this post to see about your opinions.
